Your batteries are the command center of your RV’s electrical system, providing a steady amount of current to power your electronic accessories when your engine is not running, or when you’re dry camping for an extended time. There are two separate electrical systems in your RV, a 120 volt AC system and a 12 volt system. The 120 volt runs major appliances, like your air conditioner and refrigerator. To run this system, you need to either run a generator or be hooked up to shore power. The 12 volt system runs your overhead fans, interior lights, water system, and other small appliance while on shore power. When the RV is plugged in, these are just a trickle charge, but over time, can deplete the electrolyte levels in the battery cells.

Horner’s RV can help precisely diagnose issues with your electrical system and problems with dying batteries. We can also help you upgrade your system, so you have all the power you need.

Automatic levelers are wonderful when they work. When they don’t, Horner’s RV can quickly diagnosis these systems, whether you need calibration or full support for you all your leveling and stabilization needs.
